Connecting with AGY and Scheduling Your All-In Sessions

First, we need to add AGY to your Wellnessliving profile:

1. Log out of Refine

2. Follow this link to our sign up page

3. Scroll down and click sign in

4. Use your Refine credentials to login

There is an app that you can download that is pretty easy to use: Wellnessliving – Achieve app

Now to Schedule –– In-App or Web Browser

1. We need you to “purchase” the session package on our end –– we know you’ve already purchased the program through Refine; so you won’t actually be purchasing anything with us. it’s just the only way for us to add the sessions to your account.)

you’ll use the code All-In26 for a 100% discount on the package.

use the [Store] button or tab

if you’re participating in the College, HS or MS groups, you’ll choose the Full Summer: 30 Sessions package.

if you’re participating in the Youth Speed + Technical and Finishing, you’ll choose the Speed Session: Summer package.


2. Scheduling, you’ll use the [Summer ‘26] tab / button

• if you signed up for the College, HS or MS All-In program, you’ll select the appropriate Personal Performance time slot.

6:00a = College+
7:00a / 8:00a = High School+
9:00a / 10:00a = Middle School+

• if you signed up for the Youth Speed + Technical and Finishing program, you’ll schedule into the Speed Sessions – Summer ‘26

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

athlete to coach ratio is very important to us. we will be offering programs alongside our All-In program with Refine. to assure we maintain the ratios that allow us to provide each athlete with a personal experience, we need you to be signed up for every single session. not signing up will negatively impact this ratio and our ability to coach you / your athlete at the level we expect to.

missing / moving sessions. if you’re unable to attend your All-In session, you may move the session to a Tuesday or Thursday. We cannot speak for Refine, so moving your session would be your AGY work only.

show up early, ready to work. you’re encouraged to show up 10min early to get your belongings in place, get footwear on, maybe roll out and mentally get ready to work hard and have fun.

no cleats. we’ll be working on multiple surfaces, including rubber, so cleats won’t be work with us –– cleats can be worn with Refine. indoor soccer or basketball shoes are preferred because of the support / tightness they offer. **do not purchase shoes just for summer. running shoes work.
