An Elite Player’s season may be as long as Eleven Months. Eleven months of repetitive soccer specific movement increases the Athlete’s risk of over-use injuries––general fatigue or weakness in the ankles, knees, hips and, or back leading to injury.

Preparing the athlete properly and reducing the risk of preventable injury protects the AGY PERFORMANCE ATHLETE’S personal investment of thousands of training hours to play at the highest level. Injury prevention also protects the monetary investment made by teams, clubs and parents.

TRAINING SESSION - OPTIONS

PRIVATE // SEMI-PRIVATE // SMALL GROUP // TEAM

TEAM: 7-12 athletes coming together with one common goal––compete to get better. You’re team will have two AGY trainers focused on coaching proper movement and creating appropriate challenge for each athlete.

SMALL GROUP: 3-6 athletes wanting a more individualized training program while competing to get better.

SEMI-PRIVATE: 2 athletes with individualized training programs, elevating one another’s energy and drive while working and competing side by side.

PRIVATE: 1 athlete receiving every second of their coaches attention. Perfect for an athlete who’s new to training or coming off an injury that requires day-to-day programming.
