Strength Camp [Two Days per Week]
STRENGTH CAMP is our youngest child [slash] training program. If the name didn't give it away, our sole mission here is to get you stronger. Get you stronger, NOT, you need to be strong to join. Side affects of getting you STRONG may include, but aren't limited to: feeling like an über badass, getting more athletic, losing fat and inches, lowering blood pressure and desires to strangle people, along with having more energy during the day and sleeping better at night.
Our preferred method of getting you STRONG is to: focus on the 4 main movement patterns––squat, hinge [deadlift], push and pull. For the entirety of your twelve-week STRENGTH CAMP, you will use one variation [the right one for you] per movement pattern, with the one goal of getting as strong as you can at that variation.

STRENGTH Camp isn't a go get lost in the crowd of shirtless sweaty dudes throwing barbells, and themselves, all over the place. SC is small group training with a 6:1 [camper to coach] ratio, so that we can dissect form and provide immediate, personalized feedback during your entire session.
A camper to coach ratio of 6:1 allows for us to go beyond just coaching movement. We get to ask you questions, like "how did that feel today?" This is important because your movements won't feel the same from day to day––sometimes it will feel better than weeks prior, and sometimes worse. Being able to get this information from you and discuss this information, could be the difference between injury and setting a PR.
Strength Camp is currently offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:00-5:30-6:00. So two sessions a week, both for one hour, in which you will work solely on getting stronger. Remember, you don't have to be strong to join us––just have a desire to get strong[er].
