Private Training [Two to Four Days per Week]
Private Training is the perfect training option for anyone with needs [and wants] that require 1:1 attention, or for anyone who simply detests the idea of training in a group.
Beyond private attention to your training itself, you also get to use this time to ask your coach intimate questions like: are carbs really the devil? or, should I be farther along than I am? or what does metabolic conditioning mean and why does it make me feel like I'm dying inside?
Seriously though. If you have needs and wants that you feel require special attention, then our Private Training option is going to meet those needs and wants much better than any one of our group training options will.
