I got you!! I’ve been there––out of shape, in need of change, but firmly believing the gym was no place for me, yet I had barely a clue as to how to workout.
Hands down, the most frustrating part of attaining a sexification goal is finding a diet, or nutrition plan, that works for you. I wish there was just one that worked for everyone––it’d make my job hella easy. Unfortunately, there isn’t. But, it’s not gonna stop my from continuing my fight to help people feel better, look better [and move better]––feel stronger, look stronger [and move stronger].
Wanna look a little better [than you would today] in your holiday party dress, or suit and tie? It’s been a year, that’s for sure––a stress filled, pant stretching year. Stress will do it every time. So let’s de-stress and de-weight. Wanna?

I really wish this could be my last post EVER on eating for fat loss. Unfortunately, I’m sure that won’t be the case, but none the less, I’m gonna treat it as such.
I’ve done it and now I see it happening all the time. We set grandiose goals of lean-ness, only to take micro-actions toward the attainment of our grandiose goals, then ridicule ourselves endlessly for not being able to attain our lean-ness goals. It sucks. Let’s change. Let’s start today with Bryan’s mantra and create a new mindset for our lean-ness goals: to be as lean as you can be happy.
Dudes look at jacked dudes and ask, “what supplements do you take?” and ladies ask, “what are you eating?” or “what are you doing?” instead of asking the better question: “how long have you been doing this?” If you start asking, “how long?” I think you’ll begin to see a trend in the answers, and that trend being: a lot longer than you have been.
When it comes to attaining and maintaining your weigh less, or look better goals, it’s about consistency from week to week, month after month, for years. So stop worrying about the right five foods to eat and instead, let’s start figuring out how you can have some of the foods you enjoy and a lot of the foods that support your weigh less, or look better goals.
